I just realised that was Dhalif at the City Music / Epicentre booth at the PC Show. The Dhalif. He’s demoing some Line6 gear or something and I’m playing some DT on a tiny flimsy plastic piece of crap (which I later buy) on the next Mac and he replies with the Erotomania solo and all I can do is smile stupidly and say “DT fan huh?”
if I’d recognised him back there I might’ve peed my pants in awe lol
