Check out a2591’s Public Gothic. It’s an open source free download [rapidshare], it comes in four styles, and you can embed it as a webfont using @font-face.
I use it all the time, and I’m starting to see it out in the wild… I recently spotted Public Gothic Vintage on the cover of a Massive Attack album.
