edit: err, basically when booking online there’s a field that says Password 1 (not your Sistic password) and you just enter “BSS”. This is if you chose the Mosaic Friends category 1 or 2 ($90/$70) tickets in the first place.
Anyway there was no mailer from the Esplanade regarding either BSS or Mosaic containing this password which I am supposed to receive as a Mosaic Friend, and I’ve read about other fans just paying the full price rather than fight Sistic’s shitty system. Seems like a convenient thing to forget so they can pocket $10 more on each cat 1/2 ticket.
