What does the this part of the url mean? It seems to change randomly page to page.
It corresponds to the post ID (or somewhere close) of the last post of the previous page, so you can continue browsing indefinitely in your dashboard even if new posts appear at the front and bump everything down (which would otherwise make you see posts you just saw on the previous page).
You can check this by taking note of the number in the URL of the oldest post on the first page, then going to page 2 before any new posts appear and looking at the number in the dashboard URL. I think.

My guess is it has...do with cache-ing of pages and such. So your browser doesn’t get...
